Position Overview:
As one of our front-line Reservations Consultants, you will be a voice of our brand selling small ship adventures.
With your outstanding selling, customer service and communication skills, you will fit in well within our team.
You will need to be:
A self-motivated, organised, team player able to display exceptional customer service skills.
Travel industry experience essential.
You must be fast and efficient with a good knowledge of computer applications and preferably some familiarity with cruise and airline booking systems.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, adapt, and be a quick learner.
Most importantly, it is essential that you enjoy working in a close team environment, multi-tasking and adapting to our rapid moving and dynamic industry.
