Base Salary: $74,470 - $82,855 (p.a.)Total Effective Package: $93,879 – $103,356 (p.a.)* Full Time Continuous contract Working with Central Australian Aboriginal Congress not only offers rewarding career options, but a wide range of employee benefits including.Competitive salaries Six (6) weeks' annual leave Generous salary packaging A strong commitment to Professional Development Access to the Congress health services for you and your family at no cost District allowance and Remote Benefits About the role   The Travel & Onboarding Officer plays a crucial role within the Human Resources team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (Congress).This position is responsible for managing the travel arrangements of Congress staff and facilitating the seamless onboarding of new employees.The incumbent will work closely with various departments to ensure that travel logistics are efficiently coordinated, and new employees are welcomed and integrated into the organisation effectively.About you   As an experienced administration and customer service person you will be self-driven to positively influence the wellbeing and retention of new staff to Congress.In addition to the above, you will demonstrate the following: Proven experience in facilitating employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and compliance with organizational policies.Exceptional attention to detail in managing travel itineraries, expenses, and onboarding documentation to guarantee accuracy and compliance.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with travel agencies, internal stakeholders, and new employees during the onboarding process.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced HR environment.Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the unique needs of the Aboriginal community, aligning with the values and mission of Central Australian Aboriginal Congress.Proven ability to identify challenges in travel coordination and onboarding processes and implement practical solutions to enhance efficiency.A customer-focused mindset, ensuring that travel arrangements and onboarding experiences contribute positively to employee satisfaction and engagement.It is highly desirable for you to have experience in coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.If this role interests you, please provide your application with resume and cover letter.For more information on the position, please contact, Helen Robison, Senior Workforce Manager on 0491 087 424.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.Advertised until a suitable applicant is found.Simply complete the application process by clicking the Apply Now button and we'll be in touch.
