About the role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated person to provide a range of administration & operational support tasks for our Enterprise businesses. This is a diverse role and involves supporting the Operations Manager in the daily operations of several growing businesses at ALPA.
Responsibilities Raise purchase orders, receipt invoices, and confirm delivery of goods and services. Raise invoices for services provided. Organising data, preparing, and maintaining documentation to support information flow and decision making. Create a log of service issues & deadlines for the Operations Manager. Enable logistics for remote sites including freight, flights, accommodation, and transfers. Identify, propose and implement improved workflows and standard procedures. Maintain social media platforms for the Enterprise Division. Perform any other administration tasks required by the division. 22nd May, 2024 About ALPA

Skills and Experience Certificate in Business or Office Administration or equivalent – desirable. Proven administration & project coordination skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Proven customer service experience with strong problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated experience providing operational support in teams working remotely and delivering a variety of services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & D365 applications. An attitude and work history that confirms the ability to be self-directed but also work effectively in a team.
