Flight Centre Travel Academy (FCTA) is seeking a
Facilitator
to deliver exceptional student learning experiences for a tertiary-level Diploma of Travel and Tourism qualification.
This role is vital in engaging students and ensuring their compliance with tertiary education standards and business operations.
What you will be doing:
Online facilitation of course subjects, Q&A sessions, role plays, coaching calls, and O-Week sessions
In-person facilitation of course subjects and student events
Conduct coaching calls regularly
Student support through our One Best Way processes of extensions, academic integrity, and assessments
Provide clear outcome-based feedback to students
Grading of student assessments (role plays, essays, case studies, presentations)
Assessment moderation
Scholarly projects
Monthly subject set up and reporting
Who You Are...
Minimum 5 years' experience in the Travel and Tourism industry
Previous facilitation and/or training experience
Relevant Travel and Tourism qualifications
Strong focus on development and teamwork
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Self-driven and self-motivated individual
