to deliver exceptional student learning experiences for a tertiary-level Diploma of Travel and Tourism qualification.
This role is vital in engaging students and ensuring their compliance with tertiary education standards and business operations.What you will be doing:Online facilitation of course subjects, Q&A sessions, role plays, coaching calls, and O-Week sessionsIn-person facilitation of course subjects and student eventsConduct coaching calls regularlyStudent support through our One Best Way processes of extensions, academic integrity, and assessmentsProvide clear outcome-based feedback to studentsGrading of student assessments (role plays, essays, case studies, presentations)Assessment moderationScholarly projectsMonthly subject set up and reportingWho You Are...Minimum 5 years' experience in the Travel and Tourism industryPrevious facilitation and/or training experienceRelevant Travel and Tourism qualificationsStrong focus on development and teamworkExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSelf-driven and self-motivated individualYou'll earn extra points with...Broad travel and tourism industry experienceBachelor level qualification / Graduate certificate in Teaching and LearningWhat's in it for you...Salary:
