Job Description
As a Trap & Skeet Attendant, you will: Collaborate closely with the Trap and Skeet Assistant Manager, Recreation Manager, and Safety and Security Director to ensure compliance with all mandated safety programs from Westgate or government regulations. Oversee routine maintenance, safety inspections, and cleaning of all weapons, trap and skeet machines, and buildings as necessary. Handle inventory management and procure supplies for trap and skeet as well as Archery. Manage the unloading and verification of supply deliveries for Trap and Skeet and Archery. Perform daily inspections of Trap and Skeet and archery ranges. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the Trap and Skeet and Archery areas. Report any issues or concerns in alignment with company policies and procedures to the GM, Trap and Skeet Assistant Manager, and Recreation Manager. Attend and contribute to Staff meetings in the absence of the Trap and Skeet Assistant Manager. Prepare and present weekly department activity reports to the GM, Trap and Skeet Assistant Manager, and Recreation Manager. Remain on call and ready to work as needed during weekends, holidays, and schedule adjustments to meet guest demand. Fulfill other tasks assigned by the GM, Trap and Skeet Assistant Manager, or Recreation Manager as required. Qualifications: 1+ year of relevant experience. Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner. Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license to drive company golf carts. Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
