Expect all this and more when you join us at BevChain.BevChain's business unit currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and efficient Transport Supervisor to join their team, located in Laverton North VIC.
As a part of this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functional transport operations of the site and ensure effective utilisation of allocated resources.
You will also support the Transport Manager in developing and improving operational procedures, processes, and results to achieve budgeted results and contractual obligations.
We currently have a Permanent Full-time position available, working Monday to Friday on the Day shift starting from 6am and finishing at 2.30pm.Key Responsibilities:Manage transport operations and systems to enhance BevChain's status with our clients.Monitor and analyze transport KPI's and develop action plans to address gaps.Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work allocation, driver schedules, and service metrics are met.Execute the Site Safety Plan and ensure staff training aligns with the site's Training Needs Analysis.Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance/service schedules.Participate and commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements.Maintain Health & Safety documentation per BevChain Safety Systems requirements.Are you the one?If you are a self-motivated individual and enjoy the day-to-day challenges, then this is the role for you.
