The Role
An excellent opportunity for a Transport Supervisor to join an amazing team environment where you can provide supervision and guidance to the SA and NT region to ensure safety requirements are met and drivers and vehicles remain safe and compliant.
What you will enjoy doing
Plan and manage labor resources to meet the day-to-day service level targets and exceed customer expectations. Coordinate the dispatch of trucks, drivers, and shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups. Maintain a strong focus on safety and ensure all drivers and operational staff follow OHS and site safety requirements. Promote a customer-first mindset and ensure the daily operation maximizes profitability by effective use of available resources. Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions. What makes you great
Previous experience within a similar role in LPG/Petroleum or Chemical Industry. An analytical mindset with a strong ability to prioritize and problem solve. Effective communication skills with the ability to foresee issues and find solutions. High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines within a time-pressured environment.
