The communication centre operates between the hours of 6.00 am and 6 pm.
You will answer high volumes of calls and liaise with customers, family members, service providers, and carers to ensure that customers receive the transport services they require on a day-to-day basis.What you'll do:Support the delivery of Patient Transfer and Community Transport Service providing administration and support services daily.Receive and progress incoming transport bookings and answer general enquiries with a customer service focus.Answer high volumes of calls and general enquiries from customers.Ensure booking details are recorded and progressed for scheduling, this includes negotiating bookings with customers to maximise efficiencies.Allocate crews in an efficient and timely manner based on established guidelines and procedures.Co-ordinate vehicle movements where breakdowns or fleet servicing arise.Utilise problem-solving skills and initiative to ensure that service goals are met.Provide a high level of customer service by treating all stakeholders with respect, undertake client visits as required.You will be rostered to shifts within the operational hours.What you'll need:Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Previous experience working in a call centre or similar environment.Demonstrated customer service skills.The ability to problem solve and think on your feet.Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills.What's in it for you?The successful candidate will be offered a career-defining role in an interactive and supportive working environment within a positive and professional team, along with:Salary packaging options:Up to $15,900 for mortgage, rent, and living expenses.Up to $2,650 for meals, accommodation, and venue hire.$550 Health and Wellness reimbursement.17.5% annual leave loading.Free emergency ambulance cover and first aid training.Are you ready to change lives?To apply for this exciting opportunity please select "Apply Now".
