Culture and Benefits Permanent full time position based in our well-established Perth Airport depot Tuesday – Saturday Roster Attractive team benefits, stability, and exciting national growth opportunities Discounts on one of Australia's largest health insurances Fast growing organisation, excellent training, progression, and support Tasks & Responsibilities Assist with the scheduling, coordination and monitoring of movement of the Fleet in line with Fatigue Management Manage site levels in accordance with their requirements and daily usage Manage load request times for DG customers followed up with responsive communication Liaise with our fleet maintenance department to ensure effective planning of scheduled maintenance Ensure safe, cost effective and reliable distribution of products Ensure optimum configuration and maintenance of best practice Daily internal reporting outlining activity, forward planning and daily delivery volumes Skills & Experience Previous scheduling role or equivalent experience will be highly regarded Proven background in administration and coordination, ideally in the transport and logistics industry. Demonstrable experience in data and information entry, with a strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills Strong verbal and written communication Ready to take on a new challenge?
