How you will make contributions that matter We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Transport Lead / Scheduler to join our team. This role is pivotal in scheduling our SDA fleet from farm gate to production pick-up, managing interbranch movements, and ensuring data accuracy. You will work closely with the broader IBL team to optimize fleet utilization and drive operational excellence.
This is a full-time opportunity with a rotating schedule of 4 days on (2 days and 2 nights) and 4 days off per week.
Key Responsibilities Efficiently schedule on-farm collections and interbranch movements. Coordinate daily run sheets and driver materials. Reconcile data flows and ensure timely data entry. Oversee operational administration, including driver briefings and fleet maintenance. Ensure compliance with heavy vehicle logistics laws and safety regulations. Promote a safety culture and maintain full regulatory compliance. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support milk procurement and logistics strategies. About you Background in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field is desirable. Experience in logistics scheduling or driving is highly regarded. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of industry regulations around CoR, Fatigue, Mass management, and HACCP.
