About the Role
We're seeking a detailed orientated and motivated Transport Operations Administrator to support our fleet operations and drive logistical success. This role is pivotal in ensuring deliveries run smoothly, deadlines are met, and our clients' expectations are exceeded. You'll also provide support to our team leaders and crew, contributing to a seamless transport and warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities: Support and guide the delivery fleet team, ensuring alignment with daily priorities.Develop and manage weekly plans for deliveries and collections.Address on-the-go scheduling challenges, liaising between the fleet and sales teams.Assist the Head of Transport and Operations Manager with administrative tasks.Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth job execution and adherence to protocols.Coordinate venue inductions, vehicle permits, and compliance for transport crew.About You
