This role is pivotal in ensuring deliveries run smoothly, deadlines are met, and our clients' expectations are exceeded.
You'll also provide support to our team leaders and crew, contributing to a seamless transport and warehouse operation.Key Responsibilities:Support and guide the delivery fleet team, ensuring alignment with daily priorities.Develop and manage weekly plans for deliveries and collections.Address on-the-go scheduling challenges, liaising between the fleet and sales teams.Assist the Head of Transport and Operations Manager with administrative tasks.Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth job execution and adherence to protocols.Coordinate venue inductions, vehicle permits, and compliance for transport crew.About YouTo excel in this role, you'll bring:Strong administrative and organisational skills.A proactive mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.A passion for continuous improvement and a strong work ethic.Experience in transport coordination or demonstrated operational skills.Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.A focus on safe working practices and excellent customer service.You thrive under pressure, excel at prioritising tasks, and embrace a sense of urgency when it matters most.
