Job descriptionAgency: NT PoliceWork unit: Fleet ServicesJob title: Transport OfficerLocation: DarwinDesignation: Administrative Officer 4Job type: Full timeDuration: OngoingSalary: $75,091 - $85,611Position number: 9115 RTF 306751Closing: 07/11/2024Contact officer: Amanda Jenko, Fleet Officer on or objectiveThe objective of the position is to assist the NTP Fleet Manager and Fleet Officer with the management and processing of Workshop Job Cards and associated journaling of costs of repairs and maintenance, supplier invoices and NTPFES accident reports.Key duties and responsibilitiesResponsible for the processing and payment of all incoming supplier invoices for NTPES Fleet.Responsible for the processing of completed workshop job cards and associated cost recovery via weekly journals.Processing of NTG Credit Card payment to vendors.Assist the Fleet Officer in the management of vehicle registrations, Vehicle Management System data entry and fuel cards.Assist Workshop Managers with purchasing.Manage the Fleet vehicle loan pool.Selection criteriaEssential:Experience in processing large volumes of data entry related to invoicing and purchasing.Good understanding of the use of common operating systems such as MS Word and MS Excel.Desirable:NT Drivers license.Knowledge of NTG administrative systems.The position will be subject to criminal history checks prior to commencement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
