In this role, you'll: Be working as part of a team delivering on-line support to DRIVES users, analysing, investigating and resolving system application problems. Provide high level technical advice relating to the operation of the DRIVES software to a wide variety of users including Service NSW and other government agencies in a timely and efficient manner. Provide excellent technical customer service by investigating and analysing errors and anomalies and offering advice on navigation in a challenging high volume environment. Please note that this is a full-time role for a temporary period to 31 July 2025 and is office based in Newcastle 5 days pw. About you Your DRIVES experience and ability to communicate well at all levels to a variety of stakeholders internal and external, which you have formed while working in an environment where you have used DRIVES on a daily basis while providing customer service will equip you with the essential requirements of the role, enabling you to build upon these skills to contribute to the overall safety of the people of NSW. You're recognised as a DRIVES guru, skilled at analysing and investigating issues, and experienced in customer service in a regulatory/technical environment with the ability to interpret and apply legislation.
