Timely planning for meeting KPIs Observe vehicle load weights and driver fatigue laws Attain dispatch plan for export Receive orders from Customer Service Complete local and export load plans Verify weight limitations of truck loads Perform data entry for operations documents Coordinate planning and transport Update Woolworths orders in TMS system daily Ensure compliance with vehicle load weights Meet customer delivery times within legislative requirements Foster a customer-focused culture and address customer service failures promptly
Skills and Experience:
Skilled in motivating and coaching individuals at all levels Strong drive to achieve results Adherence to process and quality standards Consistent application of standards and effective people management 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including electronic WMS systems Understanding of supply chain relationships and the role of a distribution center in delivering high customer service standards Proficient in project management (smaller scope) Knowledge of WHS (Work Health and Safety) standards and their application Experience in return to work and injury management Ability to effectively manage contractors
