Purina is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator.
Join our dynamic team and take charge of coordinating our warehouse operations!
As a key player, you will oversee both direct and indirect labor, ensuring the efficient allocation of equipment and resources for seamless inbound and outbound processes.

Responsibilities: Timely planning for meeting KPIsObserve vehicle load weights and driver fatigue lawsAttain dispatch plan for exportReceive orders from Customer ServiceComplete local and export load plansVerify weight limitations of truck loadsPerform data entry for operations documentsCoordinate planning and transportUpdate Woolworths orders in TMS system dailyEnsure compliance with vehicle load weightsMeet customer delivery times within legislative requirementsFoster a customer-focused culture and address customer service failures promptlySkills and Experience: Skilled in motivating and coaching individuals at all levelsStrong drive to achieve resultsAdherence to process and quality standardsConsistent application of standards and effective people management3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including electronic WMS systemsUnderstanding of supply chain relationships and the role of a distribution center in delivering high customer service standardsProficient in project management (smaller scope)Knowledge of WHS (Work Health and Safety) standards and their applicationExperience in return to work and injury managementAbility to effectively manage contractorsYou will have the chance to work with an outstanding and highly engaged team, build and grow your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.
