We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.comThe RoleAs a Transport Coordinator in our Retail & Consumer business unit, you will play a pivotal role in the operational transition to a new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility.You will be responsible for:Effectively managing and organising the transport of customer products to alternate locations within the agreed contract.Successfully managing the coordination of deliveries both inbound and outbound to the warehouse to maintain business goals.Fostering Toll's reputation for leading edge logistics solutions through managing and optimising the planning and control procedures and processes for maximum transport coordination.Managing Toll's key stakeholders both internal and external to accomplish goals of both parties resulting in collaborative and productive long-term relationships.Continually reviewing and reporting on stock, budgets, expenditure, and financial compliance requirements to ensure both the customer and Toll's financial expectations are met.Ensuring that the Safety Culture meets both organisational and regional requirements.About youTo be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience in logistics/supply chain management.Demonstrated experience and understanding of Chain of Responsibility and related transport legislation.Proven experience in data analysis and report development.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in contemporary forecasting techniques.Intermediate MS Office skills and other office-based technologies.C Class Drivers Licence.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
