All Lift Forklifts & Access Equipment is a boutique family owned hire-sales-services company that specialises in the hire of forklifts, telehandlers, elevated work platform and some general hire. With head office in Rydalmere we also have branches in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Newcastle Servicing a wide variety of industries ranging from warehouses, fruit markets, construction, film, events, maintenance, infrastructure, telecommunications and many more. We are currently looking for a Transport Controller to join our dynamic team. This is a fixed time contract (maternity leave cover) for 1 year. Duties will include: Allocating transport & logistics for our machines within our own tilt trays and contractor transportAssisting with Allocating for Operator/Transport jobsAllocating interstate transport between branchesDealing with internal departments for booking transportCreating and approving Purchase orders for transportGeneral Office administrationSourcing the best possible transport rates and availabilityAssist in ensuring maintenance, safety and compliance of all trucks is maintained Liaising with customers for delivery, collection times and access to sitesAbility to follow up and respond to ALL duties/tasks/enquiries Assist Accounts with invoice enquiries regarding transport To be successful in this role you must have: Exceptional organizational and customer service skillsVery good computer skillsGood clear English with a good phone mannerWell presented Good cultural fit, work ethic, and be self-motivatedHigh level multi-tasking skills in a high-volume environmentWork well under pressure with a PROACTIVE attitudePrior experience within the access hire industry preferredHigh level of communication skills to liaise with high turnover of calls and emails This is a rewarding and challenging position with an attractive salary package offered to the successful the candidate.
