Transport And Main Roads | Product Specialist

Transport and Main Roads (Organisation site) CITEC; Digital Government; Queensland Government Customer & Digital Group, Brisbane City You will be the lead product specialist providing Microsoft 365 technology services to CITEC's Queensland Government customer base.
You will work in a close-knit team of technology professionals whom you will be a key mentor to support continued learning and professional development growth.
This role includes the provision of after-hours support via on-call and/or overtime arrangements.
Key Responsibilities Product specialist for a customer-centric team of technical staff that advocates stakeholder perspectives and identifies opportunities for agencies and government to leverage CITEC's services.
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders including other service stream managers and Directors, as well as industry and agencies, to strive for mutually beneficial outcomes and promote CITEC ICT Services as a trusted partner in ICT service delivery and digital futures.
Identify opportunities to ensure value, synergies and innovation is leveraged in current and future services enabled or delivered by the Digital Market Place team.
Provide input into the creation of a blueprint and roadmap towards the future for Microsoft 365 and associated Azure and on-premise services in CITEC that aligns with government policies and strategies and CITEC ICT Service's digital future.
Drive innovation, efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity towards the future directions and actively promote a culture that supports and values staff.
Be responsible for maintaining positive profitability of your products.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following: Highly developed leadership and technical skills.
Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing customer-centric technical delivery functions.
Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong ongoing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to consult, negotiate and influence a broad cross-section of stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Demonstrated personal drive, public service professionalism and probity when dealing with confidential and challenging issues.
