Opportunity for a hands on logistics/allocations specialist to join this highly regarded niche nutritional food company.

In your role: reporting to the Head of Supply Chain you will be responsible for overseeing driver planning, scheduling and allocations Your duties and responsibilities include the following: Scheduling drivers and allocations duties Completion of file transport documents Liaise with drivers and clients in a professional manner Track and manage import orders Co-ordinate inbound and outbound order schedules Preparation of weekly and monthly reports Update and maintain ERP system Work closely with internal and external stakeholders Manage invoicing ensuring accuracy Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction To be successful in acquiring this role you need the following skills and attributes: Experience working in an IT, CRM savvy environment Excellent planning, organisation and time management Proactive team player, capable problem solver Superior communication and customer service skills Experience gained in supply chain, transport or IT highly regarded Excellent database skills Strong administration Great next step!
