Transport Administrator

Temp Station are delighted to announce we are currently recruiting a Transport Administrator to join a busy and established freight forwarding client in the Normanton WF6 area on a permanent basis.Responsibilities:Manage the group trailer pool allocationEnsure all sub-contractor invoices are processed in a timely manner in line with company cut off datesRun the internal invoices through the TMS on a weekly basisWork closely with the planning team & operations to ensure data input is accurateBe the first point of contact to the UK domestic customer database (taking on bookings / answering queries regarding a booking)Invoicing any UK customer bookings once the job is completed.Providing quotes to customers via calls and emailsProvide holiday cover for planning assistant where requiredMinimum Requirements:MUST have 2 years' experience working in a transport environmentWhat they can offer:#J-18808-Ljbffr
