Lindsay Rural and the Hunters business provide essential services and products to rural Australia across most Australian growing regions.Today we employ over 1,800 exceptional individuals, with roughly 35% based in Regional Australia, and together we service over 1.5 million tonnes of temperature-controlled freight every year across the country.The Role Our Mildura depot has an opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their team.
You will provide administrative support in the day-to-day administration activities in the depot including general admin support, manifesting, data input and debriefing.This role is a part-time position working across 3 days a week – Thursday, Friday & Saturday with additional overtime as required.Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Manifesting consignments Loading planning and supporting operations The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met Managing freight bookings and time slot requests Debriefing driver paperwork Assisting with depot pallet control Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed, filed and utilised in compliance with any and all regulatory standards for the transportation industry.

Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry is highly regarded but not essential.
