Transport Administrator required for our Mildura Depot to assist with manifesting, debriefing and general admin.

The Role
Our Mildura depot has an opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their team. You will provide administrative support in the day-to-day administration activities in the depot including general admin support, manifesting, data input and debriefing.
This role is a part-time position working across 3 days a week – Thursday, Friday & Saturday with additional overtime as required.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include Manifesting consignments Loading planning and supporting operations The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met Managing freight bookings and time slot requests Debriefing driver paperwork Assisting with depot pallet control Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed, filed and utilised in compliance with any and all regulatory standards for the transportation industry. About You:

Ability to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills coupled with exceptional planning and organisational skills A positive attitude with the willingness to learn A team player A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer Willingness to work a weekend roster & be flexible with start & finish times as per seasonal requirements Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry is highly regarded but not essential.
