Transport Administrator required for our Mildura Depot to assist with manifesting, debriefing and general admin.

The Role
Our Mildura depot has an opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their team.
You will provide administrative support in the day-to-day administration activities in the depot including general admin support, manifesting, data input and debriefing.
This role is a part-time position working across 3 days a week – Thursday, Friday & Saturday with additional overtime as required.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include Manifesting consignmentsLoading planning and supporting operationsThe facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs receivedLiaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are metManaging freight bookings and time slot requestsDebriefing driver paperworkAssisting with depot pallet controlAd hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot ManagerEnsuring that all transport documents are correctly completed, filed and utilised in compliance with any and all regulatory standards for the transportation industry.About You:
