What does the job look like?
Linfox partners with leading mining companies, providing specialised logistics services across the country.
Our Resources and Industrial business is seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to support our Queensland Mining Services operations in Brisbane, Mackay and Rockhampton.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely processing of data to ensure business operations run efficiently.
Key areas include:
Manage end to end administrative tasks associated with our Straightline business Consignments and Manifesting Manage and process subcontractor payments Maintaining and completing job reporting Provide effective customer service for internal and external customers Support the business in other areas where required Are you the one?
As a tech savvy individual with a high attention to detail and excellent time management, you will have a strong commitment to drive safety and compliance across our business.
Your ability to work in an open, collaborative and inclusive manner will ensure success in this role.
You can demonstrate:
