Transport Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced Transport Administrator to assist and work directly in the day-to-day operations of our business based in Regency Park.
This is a part-time position with working days to be 3 days a week Wednesday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, with the ability to cover additional days as required with ample notice.

The Role Check on-forwarders invoicing and provide on-forwarding quotes for other depots Manifesting Liaise directly with clients daily Receive and action any customer requests in a timely and efficient manner Invoicing About You Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a warehouse/transport environment Strong communication skills that will allow you to liaise with varied customers A strong proactive customer service approach Reliable, can work independently with minimal supervision and be part of a team in delivering daily results Experience in bookings and coordination transport with approved carriers Understanding of operations process in a distribution company Experience using Office 365 Why Work for GKR Transport GKR Transport supports all employees with ongoing training to ensure that we are providing a safe and supportive working environment for our team.
