Our client is based in Lytton searching for a logistics admin to assist in a busy transport office for freight allocation and data entry.These roles are Monday - Friday starting from 8:30 AM full time hours.Full time opportunity available - apply now! If you are a transport specialist we are after you!Duties Are But Not Limited ToLiaising with truck drivers & clientsData entry, scanning, filing & uploadingStock managementGenerating and distributing load sheets & con-notesTroubleshooting & general administrationAdherence to all OH&S policies and guidelinesTransport scheduling, manifests & invoicesThe Ideal Candidate Must HavePrevious transport experience desired Must have Data Entry experienceSystem knowledge beneficial of PRONTO or SAP desirableExcellent computer skills including advanced Excel and data entry A Professional work ethic with demonstrated problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAustralian Working rights 2 x work related references Must have own reliable transport and drivers license If this sounds like a role for you!
