We are currently looking for an experienced Transport Administrator to assist and work directly in the day-to-day operations of our business based in Regency Park.
This is a part time position with working days to be 3 Days a week Wednesday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm.
With the ability to cover additional days as required with ample notice.

We have extensive experience in providing practical and affordable solutions to our clients in the automotive, industrial, heavy haulage, oil and gas, mining and manufacturing sectors. The Role Check on-forwarders invoicing and provide on-forwarding quotes for other depots.
Manifesting.
Liaise directly with clients daily.
Receive and action any customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Invoicing.
About You Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a warehouse/transport environment.
Strong communication skills that will allow you to liaise with varied customers.
A strong proactive customer service approach.
Reliable, can work independently with minimal supervision and be part of a team in delivering daily results.
Experience in bookings and coordination transport with approved carriers.
Understanding of operations process in a distribution company.
Experience using Office 365.
