Transport Administrator/ Debriefer About this company An established Transport and Logistics company based in Altona has been experiencing growth and are looking for a Transport Debrifer to join the team!
In this role you will be working 4-6 hour days Monday through Friday – No weekend work required!
Role duties: Reconcile drivers' timesheets approximately total of 30-40 a day (VIC/NSW/QLD) This includes: Checking COR Fatigue Management Checking if drivers were delayed at customer or at site & creating demurrage charges if they were delayed Checking off POD's Checking off Pallet Docket Cross checking all drivers timesheets and paperwork is received against the daily planner Updating our system One Net with any pallet discrepancies Updating our system One Net with the correct carrier Updating our system One Net with the correct subcontractor Investigating any issues in relation to the timesheets with the relevant personnel To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have Fast and accurate data entry skills SAP & EXCEL experience preferred but not required Previous experience working within the Transport industry Strong attention to detail A willingness to go above and beyond your own duties Strong work ethic Reliable and self motivated High standard of work Please apply directly by clicking apply now and submitting your resume in word format.
