What your day will look like: You will be responsible for prompt query resolution for all customers - Phone / Email. You will be responsible for your own e-mail inbox and group inbox also. You will communicate any issues to various internal departments e.g., transport, warehouse, customer services. You will update internal system with details of shortages / delivery issues communicated by carriers / drivers. You will carry out Customer Billing using correct customer discrepancy codes as per customer SLA's working to billing deadlines. You will complete Customer Book In's, updating internal systems and advising transport / carrier of details. You will create and arrange uplifts and ensure they are completed to customer satisfaction. You will ensure all PODs are returned as per customer SLA - collaborating closely with carriers to ensure same. You will be responsible for Month End & Period End Close offs as per customer timelines. You will generate POD reports - work with team to ensure that all POD's are noted and scanned. What skills do you need for this role? You must be eligible to legally work and reside in Ireland. Strong administrative skills. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong diligence and accuracy of data input. Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written. Ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines. Team Player. Flexible and proactively uses own initiative. Completer/Finisher - follow through tasks, queries to completion.
