Right now, we're seeking a Team Manager, Support & Settlements who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things.
About the role As our new Team Manager, Support & Settlements, you will lead and manage a high-performing team dedicated to meeting operational targets and achieving branch objectives.
In this role, you will support a team of professionals to provide efficient and timely administrative assistance and payments within the Resolutions Branch, supporting the Serious Injury, Common Law, Recoveries and Interstate Common Law Teams.
With your strong leadership and coaching abilities, you will guide your team through periods of change, drive performance, and achieve targets that align with the needs of clients, providers, and the business.
About the Team This is a newly formed team within the Resolutions Branch, dedicated to supporting the administration functions vital to the TAC's claims management operations. You'll join our passionate and skilled Resolutions Group, where our focus is on delivering benefits and compensation to clients fairly, efficiently and with care.
What we're looking for Demonstrated leadership experience: Proven leadership experience within a dynamic, fast-paced and agile environment with the ability to identify development and learning needs and effectively coach and mentor staff to meet performance standards. Proven change management experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing change with experience in utilizing operational and strategic thinking and implementing business improvement initiatives. Strategic Insight: Proven ability to execute strategies for effective client outcomes, navigate complex decision-making processes, and continuously improve business operations.
