Rehabilitation Coordinator

About the role
The Rehabilitation Coordinator proactively manages a portfolio of clients to achieve optimal client outcomes through relationship building, expectation setting, effective communication with stakeholders, making sound claim liability decisions and developing holistic claims management strategies. The role focuses on returning people back to work and health using early intervention strategies and sound stakeholder engagement.
About the Team
These roles will sit within the Back to work Back to Health branch within the Back to work Intensive and Back to work active teams. You will be joining supportive and collaborative teams who are focused on building good client outcomes and you will be supported by a Manager who promotes a collaborative work environment.
What we're looking for
Proven Stakeholder engagement
Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice claims management during any stage of a client journey. Strong influencing, negotiation and decision making skills. High level resilience and communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task. Ability to achieve optimal client outcomes
Proven ability to manage decisions on a portfolio or cohort of claims to achieve optimal client outcomes. Deliver a high level of client service by putting the client at the centre of decision making and communicating claims liability decisions in line with the client service charter.
