About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join new teams across multiple states and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our networks.
We are currently seeking multiple qualified Transmission Lineworkers to join our team and support Zinfra's growing program of work.
These positions will offer the opportunity to deliver multiple projects across Australia's dynamic energy industry, ensuring the safety and reliability of our assets.
We now have positions available across all of Australia: Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory.
Base salary between $95,472 + superannuation up to $101,088 + superannuation.
Working on a 9 day fortnight with FIFO roster available across Australia's remote sites.
Key Responsibilities include Study and interpret technical drawings, network line diagrams & mapsClimbing of Transmission structuresUndertake maintenance inspections of electricity transmission networks in accordance with Company Policies, Quality Systems and HSE procedures as well as statutory requirementsUndertake the construction activities for new Transmission Lines ProjectsUndertake minor ancillary works as requiredAbout You Hold a Certificate III ESI in Transmission Overhead and/or Electrical licence (state dependent)Working at Heights RescueConstruction White CardHigh risk work licenceDogging & Rigging licenceMaintain energised linesCPR TrainedExperience within an electrical maintenance and construction environmentExperience working in high-risk environments.We are seeking highly motivated individuals who can work independently, demonstrating curiosity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
