In this role, you will be responsible for driving and implementing our marketing strategies and managing a team of Marketing Specialists.
You will oversee our expansion into new market segments, handle recruitment, training, and people management of the Marketing team, and ensure consistent quality and efficiency across all new markets.
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving growth and operational excellence.Job Responsibilities:Execute the Visionary's strategic directives for Veterinary and Dental marketing.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Develop go-to-market and brand strategies.Implement customer acquisition strategies.Plan and manage marketing budgets.Manage the performance of Marketing Specialists responsible for:Marketing CoordinationCoordinating marketing objectives for Veterinary and DentalManaging GoHighLevel CRMManaging webinar and social media marketing calendarsEmail campaigns - internal and paid listsSetting up and coordinating vendor-hosted and internal webinarsCRM funnels and integrationsEditing of website and landing pagesCreating marketing materials, blog posts, and social media contentManaging YouTube video content and editingOverseeing paid ads, graphic design, and copywriting (webinar emails, scripts, landing pages, guides for CTA)Onsite SEO (website structure and content)Coordinating website & domain hosting, updates, maintenance, and optimizationSEO link buildingRequirements:Proven track record of growing a business from startup stage to 50+ employees.Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or market expansion, preferably in a marketing or sales-driven environment.Strong leadership and project management skills.Proven track record of successfully entering and growing new market segments.In-depth knowledge & solid experience in various marketing tools (SEO, CRM, Content, Social Media, Email, Data Analytics) and campaigns (paid and basic ads, webinars, events).Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.Ability to develop and enforce quality control standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
