Remuneration: $70,049.73 - $98,351.39 per annum + $10,000 rural incentives in the first year* + $5,000 thereafter annually* + superannuation + up to $11,650 salary packaging + relocation assistance*(subject to location and circumstances)

You will promote mental health and well-being by assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals' responses to mental health challenges.
Working with individuals, families, and carers across all stages of life including child and adolescent, adult, and older people, using a trauma-informed and recovery-focused approach.
You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Resident Medical Officers, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals, providing high-quality mental health assessments and treatment to the local community in both community and inpatient settings.

A four-day course to teach you about mental illnesses, recovery-focused care, trauma-informed care, the Mental Health Act and more.
Mentorship on the ward or within the community
Educators on shift
Online training with Mental Health Pathways in Practice (MHPiP). This is accessed via My Health Learning and each pathway has been developed in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams with lived experience and carer representatives to support mental health clinicians to deliver quality, contemporary and genuine care across NSW Health services.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current authority to practice with AHPRA.
Eligible to drive in NSW and willing to travel for work.
