In this role, you will undertake both a case management role within ICYAMHWS, working with children and young people aged 12-26 years and their families.About youWe are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and well-organised person to transition into community practice. Along with the relevant professional registration, you'll have a demonstrated commitment to continued learning, and knowledge of the Mental Health and Well-being Act (2022) and other relevant legislation and policies.
