Allectum are seeking a Transition Manager who has a NV2 clearance or above; PV is preferred.
For this role, you will need expert knowledge and a skill level equivalent to SFIA Level 5 (PRMG 5) or above. You will be passionate about managing complex projects and keen to hit the ground running with limited direction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead the preparation of business cases and project plans, establishing appropriate governance, identifying, allocating and managing resources, and meeting reporting requirements, to ensure project outcomes.Oversee operational product transitions within the client's business.Proactively pinpoint any product transition challenges and seek to solve these challenges as quickly as possible.Support the creation and implementation of product transition plans and documents to outline product expectations, scope, schedule, operating procedures, and budget requirements.Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management.Provide expert advice on emerging project issues.We are looking for a candidate with:The ability to work autonomously.Knowledge of project management best practices.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Expertise in project management as well as use of transition documentation, tools, and templates.Minimum NV2 AGSVA security clearance; PV is preferred, but not essential.Must be an Australian citizen.We are a Veteran-friendly organisation, and Veterans are strongly encouraged to let us know when you apply.
