Description Your Responsibility: Field Service work is focused on execution of service jobs with high quality, reliability, and timely completion with adherence to safety requirements always. You must carry out service installation, commissioning, testing and other service-related activities on transformers of various sizes (Distribution to large Power Transformers). You will diagnose technical problems, determine, and implement corrective actions. You must execute service activities on time within budget with expected quality with a high focus on safety. End to end management of Service activities before attending the site and onsite including coordination with customers and other stakeholders. You will maintain and strengthen working relationship with customers. You will interact with and support sales team on potential business opportunities. You will prepare all required safety, financial, operational, and technical documents and reports associated with service activities. You will proactively identify and participate in performance improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service. Undertake Product training to develop skill sets, further enhance product knowledge and grow as product specialist. Your Background: A-Grade Electrical License a must. Good command on Electrical Testing of transformers is essential. 5+ years of experience in transformer testing and services.
