About The Role: Reporting to Transformation Lead, the Transformation Support Officer plays a pivotal operational role in facilitating the smooth transition of the Education Operations Delivery teams and functions to BKI's three new operational hubs: Enquiries & Admissions, Apprentice & Trainees and Teaching Operations.
In this role you will assist the Transition Lead, hub managers and teams implement and transition to BKI's new service delivery model and structure.
You will support team members resolve operational issues to embed the new structure and ways of working You will help team members and managers implement and refine processes to support improved service delivery.
As a member of a small team, you will work collaboratively with staff across all hubs and education centres to support the successful transition to BKI's new hub structure with minimal disruption to students.

Ability to understand change and the dynamics of a large, complex vocational educational organisation.
Experience coordinating complex projects Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong self-awareness, people-focused leadership and facilitation skills Experience collaborating with stakeholders and technical and professional staff.
A strong solution and continuous improvement focus.
Ability to develop creative and visual change, learning, and communication collateral.
Ability to analyse data and make data-driven recommendations.
Ability to work to a set of KPIs and deliverables, and report and track progress.
Understanding of change management, project management, organisational development, or similar.
Bachelor's degree in business, organisational development, or a related field or demonstrated equivalent work experience (desirable).
