ABOUT OUR TEAMOur Information Technology department is a dynamic environment that plays a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of UAC's systems. Our team includes IT Operations, Product Engineering, Business Analysis, and the Projects and Service Management Office. You'll work in a supportive and collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing UAC's digital capabilities, safeguarding data integrity, and improving operational processes.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Transformation Project Manager (TPM), you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and business transformation project. You'll oversee the project to ensure it meets scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations, while driving business outcomes and embedding transformational change.
Key responsibilities include: Project Leadership: Lead, plan, and manage all phases of the project, ensuring alignment with UAC's governance frameworks, and achieve agreed outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines.Change Management: Guide and support the project team through change management activities, ensuring the new system and processes are effectively adopted and integrated into the business.Risk and Progress Management: Monitor project tasks and milestones, manage risks, and provide accurate, regular reporting to facilitate informed decision-making by stakeholders.Vendor Collaboration: Partner with ERP vendors and third-party providers to deliver a seamless system implementation, integrate third-party tools, and decommission legacy systems.This is a full-time, Grade 9 role 18-month Fixed Term Agreement (FTA) position offering an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development.
