About the Role: As the Transformation Office Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in this transformational journey. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with senior leadership, you will be providing the key input to prioritising annual cross-functional budgets that align to their 2 year road map. You will be responsible for ensuring the business plans and financial performance of the program meets and exceeds required value delivery. You will effectively be the CFO for the program.

About You:
Strong Financial Acumen: with a Management Accounting/FP&A background at a Senior Level
Advanced Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to critically review business cases and provide improved solutions
Transformation Experience: of managing complex, large-scale transformation programs.
Excellent Communication Skills: with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, internal teams and external consultants.
Commercial Mindset: with a deep understanding of evaluating value within programs.
Passionate: about making a positive societal impact, particularly in the aged care and healthcare sectors.
