Additional information:
• This role is Permanent, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight.
• The preferred location for the role is Service Office, Tempe NSW, where hybrid working including a minimum of 3 days in the Service Office is required.
However, remote working from any other IKEA AU location will be considered.

About this work area As Transformation Communication Specialist, you will secure the localisation and delivery of key communications across numerous global transformation projects throughout different channels.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Develop, adapt and implement communications locally in line with the communication transformation agenda.
• Develop and execute the common communication approach; planning relevant communication solutions as part of the transformation agenda, with a focus on projects related to transformation related topics.
• Support the design, execution and follow-up of transformation communications, including development of relevant internal and external materials, event planning and publishing of communications.
• Contribute to stakeholder mapping and analysis on transformation communication topics.
• Collaborate with the global Transformation Communication team following the common communication process and aligning ways of working.
• Participate in global calls regarding transformation projects which require flexibility in hours, including being available late nights to accommodate meetings held across different time zones.
You are passionate about people, organisational change and transformational processes and understand the purpose and impact of communication at IKEA.
From this passion, you will take a leading role in the localisation and delivery of communication stemmed from global and national transformation projects.
As a person, you thrive when it comes to cross-functional collaboration by ensuring stakeholders are informed, held accountable and aligned on actions to deliver across the right channels.
With your previous experience in project management, you demonstrate the ability to manage change, meet deadlines and showcase agility to deliver business results.
For this role, you will be required to have previous experience in communications, with a strong understanding of media trends and the current communication landscape.
