Based at Newstead, this role reports to the Senior Director Transformation and Advisory.The Transformation Business Partner is a critical role in Transformation. The role is responsible for working collaboratively with clinicians and leaders to develop, implement and monitor cross-functional transformation initiatives across Mater. These initiatives deliver transformational change in the way that Mater delivers patient outcomes, financial stewardship, operating effectiveness, and employee experience in a sustainable manner.This work will have Mater-wide impact and enable changes in service delivery and ways of working.
