Who are we looking for and what will your typical day and role look like?
We are looking to expand our Perth based Transfer Pricing team and have a number of opportunities available from analyst through to director level.
We are looking for talented transfer pricing specialists with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
At the more seniors levels, we are seeking someone with mature judgment and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients.
Depending on the level of role, successful candidates will have a strong track record of consistently driving results and taking initiative, of dedication, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience managing projects and delivering multiple client engagements, a strong sense of team and desire to manage, motivate and mentor our upcoming talent.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritise shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
You will have corporate transfer pricing or international tax experience, combined with strong financial, quantitative legal and/or technology skills and a commitment to fostering an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities will vary per level, and may include: Applying complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges Develop innovative transfer pricing and economic ideas, alongside responsive services, and work products Coordinating work with other client service colleagues nationally and globally to drive collaboration Identify new business development opportunities and drive key account relationships Manage a broad range of clients and provide advice on transfer pricing controversy issues, deal with revenue authorities and review transfer pricing documentation, including comparative economic analysis of transactions within multinational groups Ensure projects run to time and budget and are adequately resourced Coach, mentor and support a high performing team and act as an escalation point for junior staff members
