About Our Client:

Our client, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is looking for professionals to join their Transaction Advisory Services team. This full-time position offers a chance to leverage your expertise across diverse TAS engagements, including M&A, divestitures, and stock market listings.

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Managers and Partners.Create and review detailed financial analyses to highlight key business drivers and performance metrics.Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence for M&A transactions and IPO projects.Work with corporate and private equity clients.Plan and strategize engagements, assess risk, and develop appropriate approaches.Analyze and interpret financial statements and related financial data.Draft due diligence reports.Mentor, coach, and train team members.Business development activities.Skills and Experience: Prior experience with transaction due diligence.Relevant Tertiary degree with an Accounting MajorKnowledge of financial statement preparation and interpretation.Strong report-writing abilities.Strong communication skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsIf you're passionate about Transaction Advisory Services and ready to make an impact in a dynamic, client-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
