Are you a skilled professional with experience in property transactions and associated services? Do you have a track record of delivering exceptional client service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Transaction Manager.As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end real estate transaction management services for your assigned portfolio.This role can be based in our JLL's office in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane CBD.An overview of the role:
Managing an allocated portfolio of critical dates and key lease events in line with client requirementsNegotiating new leases, licenses, and other use agreements that support the service delivery requirements of the clientManaging the market rent review process, engaging with multiple stakeholders including the client, external landlords, and client-appointed valuersConducting new market searches, delivering professional market presentations to the client, and managing administrative leasing requirementsMaintaining and updating client Occupancy Agreements for all leased properties occupied by client agenciesProviding property market insight and input into client reports, presentations, and dashboardsEnsuring compliance with client approval procedures and maintaining confidentiality and audit trails of communications for probity purposesManaging the administrative preparation and execution of new leases, renewal of leases, and other use agreementsBuilding and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and regular meetingsWhat we are looking for:
You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our client's requirement with the ability to successfully gain and retain AGSVA clearance and/or any additional associate Entity ClearancesMinimum 3 years' experience in property transactions and associated servicesTertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent (preferred)Current Real Estate License or Certificate of RegistrationExcellent communication and client service skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle multiple complex issues within tight deadlinesGoal-oriented mindset and ability to meet performance targetsWhat you can expect from us:
