Deliver tailored transaction banking and digital business solutions to optimise cash flow and data management for clients.Permanent, full time opportunityLocated in Adelaide within the BankSA teamHow will I help? As a Transaction Banking Manager at Westpac, you'll play a key role in a national team dedicated to helping businesses across Australia streamline and innovate the way they manage cash flow and data between customers, suppliers, and employees.
Your expertise in transaction banking—also known as financial technologies (fin-tech) or digital business banking solutions—will allow you to deliver tailored advice and solutions that drive real value for our clients.
In this role, you'll focus on retaining valued customers and bringing new ones on board within your dedicated region or industry.
By working closely with relationship managers and product specialists, you'll collaborate to deliver seamless, market-leading experiences that align with our shared goal: helping Australian businesses thrive.

What do I need? To set you up for success, we're seeking someone with proven experience in a relationship or business development role, ideally with a focus on B2B or the payments industry.
We're also open to candidates from fintech, treasury/finance, or consulting backgrounds, as long as you have a track record of delivering impactful outcomes for customers.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), a strong customer focus, and a knack for solving problems.
You'll also thrive in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with your peers to achieve shared goals.
