About Our A&M Transaction Advisory Group The A&M Global Transaction Advisory Group ("Global TAG") is comprised of former Big Four CAs who provide private equity, infrastructure and corporate clients with highest quality buy side and sell side financial accounting due diligence.
Global TAG professionals actively engage in assessing a target's quality of earnings, analysing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers, reviewing forecasts, and conducting comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors.

Senior Director/DirectorsAssociate DirectorsSenior Manager/ManagersAssistant ManagersExecutivesWhat you will have to join the A&M team: Hold a Bachelor or a Master degree in accounting and/or related major.CA certification preferred.Big Four Transaction Services experience required.Strong excel and power point skills required.
Experience with data analytics and visualization software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.You will be key to our success, a self-starter, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The individual will be insightful, decisive, a critical thinker, and commercial.
