The role The key function of this role is to provide administrative support to various Training and Development initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities: Understand RANZCP Fellowship regulations, focusing on trainee progression and training review processes.
Advise trainees, staff, and supervisors on trainee progress and related regulations.
Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets for trainee information.
Monitor records and database alerts for trainee progression and deadlines.
Prepare accurate training history summaries for complex applications.
Present training review applications and provide information in committee meetings.
Research and reconcile trainee history, ensuring data accuracy.
Monitor administrative processes for efficiency and prepare reports.
Support Training and Development projects, coordinating activities and meetings.
Please refer to the position description attached for a more detailed outline of responsibilities To be successful in this role you will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in an education or health administrative setting.
Experience in student administration environment and/or relevant experience in dealing with student grievances and complaints, conducting training reviews and audits.
Experience in project structures and delivery.
Understanding of the application of regulations, policies and procedures, and implications of non-compliance.
Experience and strong interest in reviewing data at a detailed level and ability to produce report extracts to report on exceptions.
